Islamic Art Stores is proud to offer EXPRESS shipping across UK.
For now, we are only selling to the UK zone. You will be notified after purchase.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your purchase. Following dispatch from our warehouse, a second email titled 'Shipping Notification' will be sent. This email will include a 'Track your Order' link, directing you to the tracking information. Please note, tracking updates will appear once the courier has scanned the package, which may take up to 24 hours.
Please be aware that delivery estimates provided at checkout and above are not guaranteed. These are intended to offer a general idea of delivery timings and should not be considered absolute. GLOBAL ISLAMIC DESIGNS LTD. will not be accountable for delivery delays caused by courier issues.
Missed Deliveries
Should you miss a delivery, the courier company will leave a calling card with further instructions on how to proceed.

Out of Stock Products
islamicartstores.co.uk operates as an online shopping platform, accommodating simultaneous purchases by multiple users. This can result in bulk purchases depleting stock levels.
You will be notified via email if your selected item is out of stock, including information on when the item will be restocked.
Should an item you've purchased online be out of stock, you may face a waiting period of 10 to 20 days. If the item cannot be supplied within this timeframe, your payment will be refunded.
Customs and Duties
Our orders are dispatched from UK.
For customers in the UK, we cover customs fees, so no additional charges will be incurred.
Should a parcel be returned due to unpaid customs charges or neglected communications from customs or the carrier, the customer will bear the cost of postal charges, return shipping, customs charges, and handling fees, which will be deducted from any refund or exchange.
Missed Parcels
If a delivery is missed, the parcel will usually be returned to the local depot after two attempts and if not collected, it will be returned to us. We will then refund the cost of the goods minus our postal charges and an administrative fee. We recommend using a delivery address where someone is available to accept the delivery.
Undelivered Items
