Refund policy

Our policy lasts for 21 days following the receipt of your purchase, during which time you are invited to request a return if you wish.

For your return to be considered, the item must be in the pristine condition you received it - unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and within its initial packaging. A receipt or any form of purchase proof is also necessary for the return process.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you wish to receive. This ensures the fastest turnaround time for receiving your new item.
